I also asked perplexity to analyze the data in all of these threads, this is what it came up with

You should have guardrails, that catches these critical paths.

Shipping is a muscle, and every engineer knows how to ship good production code, just that we end up spending too much time, on perfecting tiny details. Just have good engineering discipline. Feature-flags, beta releases.

A good question to ask is why aren't you shipping every week, regardless of how critical your feature is.

looks really cool.

thanks!

this is actually really cool

thank you!

its pretty cool, though you might be trying to answer the questions to the meaning of life there.

I would simplify it a bit.

P.S. the correct url is fyikamran.com/llms.txt (you were missing an s)

misspelling gives you a hint about my expertise in llms.txt files

I am building docsalot to address this particular problem. It keeps the docs in sync with code

We also have a full fledged web-client.

why do I feel that this post itself was written by AI

This is the issue in this AI-everywhere world - I sometimes can't tell if I'm reading something written by a human or generated by an LLM. As a result, I tend to read less or skim faster, coz I don't wanna spend too much time on the latter, which feels like a summary of existing knowledge with less creativity. Over time, I found myself doing less serious reading, reflection, and thinking, and I hate that tbh.

true, but sometimes basic ideas need to be iterated.

its a study on the market, purely based on empirical observation. Not a theoretical limit on the size of the models.

But you see these models are advancing so fast now that it is impossible for people to write blog posts about them on their own anymore! You gotta go to some topic that has nothing to do with AI like

https://freddiedeboer.substack.com/p/cozy-girl-lifestyle-is-...

if you want to read something written by a human anymore.

I agree, but honestly the example blog you shared also sounds like AI :). The em-dashes are not helping.

I dunno, I see minus signs in there, not em-dashes. I don't even know how you would type an em-dash though I bet Microsoft Word will insert them behind your back and when I want to mock some AI generated text — I cut and paste an em-dash from somewhere.

I see a lot of Freddie being bipolar and having his mania act up a little despite his meds in there...
