Supabase is way more barebone and you have to implement the frontend and the user auth flow logic yourself. I talked with many people who use Supabase/Firebase auth and they all needed multiple days to make a full auth flow
Supertokens is pretty complicated and hard to set up in my opinion, but please tell me if you had a different experience
